Combs Development Shopping Centers Remodel

Project Cost: $200,522

Renovation of two existing shopping centers.  Each shopping center included the demolition of existing split face block and installation of new engineered store frontage with a 45’ canopy and stucco façade.  Upgrades to the shopping centers included electrical, mechanical and fire suppression.  The interior renovations consisted of constructing firewalls, replacing and refinishing drywall, addition of offices, break rooms, bathrooms, new ceilings, paint, trim and floor coverings.  These renovations encompassed the installation of Sears, City Trendz, Hibbet Sports, Goodwill, Goody’s and Tractor Supply.
