Task based assignments with an emphasis on electrical including UEM, utilities and electrical maintenance to include overhead and underground primary, switchgear and transformer distribution systems.  Secondary services from the transformer distribution to individual facilities, switchgears, panel boards, surge suppression, power quality metering, and all associated branch circuitry.  Also encompasses all general construction under NAICS 236220.  These general construction services include roofing, exterior and interior structural renovations, exterior weatherproofing, interior painting and coatings, exterior and interior plumbing, cabinetry, casework, floor coverings, window replacement, and acoustic treatments.  Renovation tasks also include freestanding and modular furnishings.
